Our Mission is to provide professional service to our customers emphasizing a complete unbiased property inspection.  Our goal is to be thorough and clear in educating the client on what expectations they should have when purchasing their chosen property.  

What to Expect when we Inspect

We provide a detailed, clean inspection of the property with the purchasers present preferably.  As we go through each point of inspection we supply the client with as much information as possible as to why we look, what we look for and when our inspection has found something that calls for their attention.  Safety issues are particularly noted both verbally and written.  This is most likely the largest investment you will make and we want you the client, to be able to make that decision with all the information that is available that we can provide. 

What About Experience

Anna originally spent 25 years in  her own Financial Planning Business as a CFP. At the same time she assisted in building, growing and then managing her husband's swimming pool construction business.  "Seems as though I have been around construction crews all my adult life and always felt more comfortable there than behind a desk watching ticker symbols."  After retiring from high finance in 2008, she now has established herself respectfully in the construction industry and continues to work and grow in that field.  Anna and her husband split their time between CT. and Maine hence the two service areas.
